"Loved the location so close to the tram which made exploring the city very easy. The room was small with the pull-out couch made up into a bed, but it would have been perfect for a couple. It still worked for us as we were only there for one night. We enjoyed the towel warmer although there were no facecloths which may be a European things as we didn't have any in the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. "My stay is always good, I would give the Ibis 10/10 but for the lack of proper shower towels and there are also no face towels either this hotel for me gets 8/10"

"Staff really friendly/helpful. Outside pool nice. Easy parking and good location for Bordeaux tram system. Public areas of hotel clean and tidy. Only downside, while room was clean it could have done with a bit of a refurb. "

"Ideal location in the heart of the old town, steps away from the main shopping areas but on a quite side street. There are lots of restaurants around. Our room has a sitting room with a sofa and the shower and toliet rooms are seperated. The staff was frinendly and helpful. "

"The staffs here are friendly & helpful, especially when I need help going certain places and restaurants. The only imperfection is the shower part. The water splashed on the floor because the glass only covered halfway. But overall, I highly recommended this hotel! "
