The food, staff, beautiful interior, gardens, it was just perfect and the ultimate experience to relax and switch off. I loved the little personal touches like toothbrushes, toothpaste, the vanity pack, a razor, gorgeous scented body lotion, wine, chocolates. I could just keep going. "This may sound funny, but I give this place five stars based solely on the quality of their staff. The facilities and infrastructure are in need of updating, and staying there during the off-season during a cool temperature snap didn’t help… but the overall guest experience is excellent. If this staff were representing a brand new resort, they would never have an opening. Worth the stay just to experience what quality service really means."
