"We had 13 in our golf party and everyone wants to come back to the same villa next year which is testament in itself. For the last 14 years we have always gone somewhere different for our golf. The villa has ample space with great facilities for your evening entertainment. Pinhal is walking distance & The Old Course a 10 minute transfer. Fully recommend for a party of golfers."

"Our stay at Villa Caracas went well, the villa had not been cleaned on our arrival however this was quickly rectified. The villa is a bit tired and could use a refresh plus some better cleaning equipment however you cannot beat the location! Overall an excellent stay."

"We had a lovely 9 days in Portugal. The villa had everything that was required, it was clean, well equipped with a great pool and garden area. Fully air conditioned was also a great addition. I do however think the advert needs a small update as we never found the hot tub, however this did not affect our stay at all. Would highly recommend."

"Just needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days and this place was fine. Communication could have been better, as the owner/manager only messaged in French and was not particularly clear in her responses. Also, the lady who showed the flat hardly spoke other than to ask my name and show me where the keys were hanging. Not really a complaint, but she could have been a little more welcoming and helpful."

"This property was the biggest disappointed from the minute we arrived until we left. Check-in instructions were not clear. It took us over one hour to figure out how to get in to the house. The lock box was located at the front door however the key did not open the front door. You had to access the back of the property by an alley way. "Very disappointing, WiFi didn’t work for the whole time, tried to shower and the valve was broken so only came out boiling hot or cold at a trickle, they mended that, both shower drainage was blocked and when they unblocked, it stank the house out!! It was just as well we had other places to go! Couldn’t get the gas hob to stay alive but may have been doing something wrong, Other than that it was ok."
