If you’re thinking of booking do not hesitate! We enjoyed every minute and had no issues from start to finish. The food, staff, beautiful interior, gardens, it was just perfect and the ultimate experience to relax and switch off. I loved the little personal touches like toothbrushes, toothpaste, the vanity pack, a razor, gorgeous scented body lotion, wine, chocolates. I could just keep going. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Domes Lake, we will be back!

Warm welcome on arrival. As we arrived early, room wasn’t ready so left our luggage to gain our bearings. However, rooms still weren’t ready until 3:30pm (late) and a couple of issues (broken toilet seat and air con). Nevertheless, we got an upgraded room. Hotel is well placed on marina although most of the lively restaurants and bars are on the opposite side of the marina which is a bit of a walk. Very good breakfast and lovely staff. Easy parking if hiring a car. Spa water was pretty cold and a little inconvenient having to book access although probably needed in peak season. Overall, recommended for a quiet break in Algarve.

Don’t hesitate to stay at this very special hotel! The setting is beautiful with lovely views, gardens, lake and man -made beach. We took the bird/flora tour and the wine tasting, both were fantastic! The choice of leisure activities is awesome, something for everyone! Breakfasts were just the best with so much choice (the fruit and freshly baked bread and pastries were exceptional). Above all, a big thank you to the staff who, without exception, could not do enough for you with a smile and a greeting. Special mention to Alex, customer relations, who sent us wine and macaroons and was so helpful, Mona in the restaurant who anticipated our every need and was such fun! The lovely, bubbly (great English!) lady on reception who took the bird tour. Wonderful holiday, ten out of ten.

We’ve just returned from a 4 night stay in a one bedroom residence with our 13 year old daughter. Lovely facilities, calm environment, easy , pleasant stroll to the harbour and to the lovely beach (Praia de Falésia), good food and warm, well trained staff. We enjoyed a an insightful fun cork worskshop arranged for hotel guests. Perhaps the hotel team can’t take credit for the 5 days of clear sunny 18 degree daily weather, but that did add to a perfect post Christmas mini break.

Beautiful property with great facilities. We loved the proximity to the beach! The breakfast buffet was great! They also surprised me with a cake and champagne on my birthday! A lovely surprise!

Great spot
The hotel is fantastic for all demographics. There were great food options in the hotel and the marina nearby had some choice restaurants as well. There is a heated pool and a regular pool, so everyone's preference is catered for.

Lovely Hotel
Stayed here before, lovely relaxed hotel, all staff very welcoming. Easy walk to marina. Would definitely stay again. Sun beds are the best we've ever had.

Excellent stay, the hotel is great and the staff are even better. Vilamoura is not all that, but the hotel makes up for it.
