"It was amazing. Staff was very accommodating. Very clean and followed all covid restrictions. We ate at the Restaurant twice for dinner. The pasta and ice cream were freshly made! Best we have ever had. Definitely recommend. Very kid friendly."

"I went on family vacation in Feb 2025. We stayed in bunglows with kitchenware. If you want to cook something at home book with Kitchenware. Not all the bunglows have this option. They have Laundry, Restaurant, Supermarkets (normal price). Also you can use there Bus service to Florence city (2 Km away from city center) in euro 3.5 pp. Best way to travel from this Hotel, is to take the public bus number 14 which is more convenient for a stop in the city, costing 1.70 cents each way. "Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "
