"This was a joyful holiday stay. The apartment is spacious enough for two. And extremely well equipped. The location was delightful and surrounded by olive trees. The owner made the stay even better by being friendly, but not constantly 'checking on us'. There was the added bonus of the owner's dog wanting to sit with us while we sipped Tuscan wine in the shade in the afternoon. "we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!"

"What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation.
