The store lady Eyleen Loria Sanchez...she was very sweet and friendly, and last but not least Daniela made the stay better with her friendliness. Food was amazing easy 30/10! "The staff are exceptional and friendly. Service was prompt and courteous. The facilities are in need of some updates as some of the fixtures show their age and wear (paint/caulk, etc), mainly in the bathroom. The rooms were comfortable but a bit dated as well. We did love our stay! "

"From check in you are met with friendly staff. The resort is very clean and nice. Room was amazing with the walk up pool. Very quiet at the room. The restaurants on site were amazing and tasty. Pools on site are very nice. Walking the beach at sunrise and sunset is a must. The adventure park the hotel recommends is a must as well. "
