Soooo nice, know so much about the area, helpful. James is the BEST, because all of his trekking recommendations we had the best of times!! 5 star hotel. Look no more. "Excellent hotel and location. Many flight crew stayed here also. Overall great location and stay. We needed two bed and selected the upgraded room upon online booking but still needed to negotiate the “upgrade” on arrival which was accommodated without paying more again. "

"Morenna Lodge is a fantastic option is you plan to visit the Parque Torres del Paine. Located about a 5 min drive from one of the park's entrance (Rio Serrano), the lodge is surrounded by the breathtaking mountains, plains and rivers from Patagonia. It offers different types of accommodations such as conventional rooms and small cabins. The lodge is comfortable and its staff is all very friendly and entirely devoted to the well-being of its clients. We were particularly grateful to Sara who spent well over an hour to assist us in finding a solution to a mechanical issue we had with our car. The lodge has also a great restaurant which serves some of Patagonia's top delicacies. Even clients from other neighbouring hotels go there for dinning. Highly recommend!"

"Clean and modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful service. Breakfast is very nice with long hours. Parking is tricky because the lot is small. Street parking in the area often has a fee, but you can kind parking a couple blocks away for free"

"The hotel was fantastic! Great welcome drinks, beautiful rooms, amazing views, best breakfast in Chile! We stayed here before and after the O track. They kept our luggage for us while we were on the trek. My daughter had a health crisis, and they arrange for care while we were here. They gave us a late check out. Nicest, kindest innkeepers ever!"
