"TLDR; If it's your first time in Puerto Natales, I recommend staying here and plan on walking a few blocks to eat delicious food in town. Pros: - Beautiful + convenient location. Definitely get/request a water view. This is the best part of the hotel in my opinion. You can walk to town and get so much food in just 5min or less. - Has restaurant + bar and really nice lobby for lounging. Restaurant food was extremely average IMO, I'd just recommend going a few block away for fantastic food in...

"I was greeted with such warmness in spite of not traveling light given that I was on the tail end of my trip after Antartica. The bed was so comfy as the pillows. My room was on the 3rd floor, got a nice view of the mountains. The shower was cozy, with towel heater, hairdryer and warm water! The hotel is walking distance from the coastline and the town center. "Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food was fine, not spectacular, but good. My only minor complaint was that our room was next to the stairs and it was very loud when people would come up/down. However, this didn't really bother our sleep. It is out of town, but it was super easy to get a cab/uber and was walkable in nice weather. But being out of town meant a quiet hotel with an amazing view. "
