"Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). "Staff fantastic, warm, and friendly. Room was very nice and roomy. Clean and inviting. Shower was lovely and good water pressure. A little noise from the motor way but this was not hindering sleep. Beautiful breakfast on site. Close to grocery and other restaurants if you want other options from the Bistro, but this is lovely to. Recommend highly."

"Very convenient place to stay on arrival at Auckland Airport. Spotless apartment. Kitchen equipment adequate for simple food preparation. Maintenance was an issue: The shower rail was broken and the hose leaked so that water pressure in shower was not adequate. Carpet strips not fastened down properly - a trip hazard."
