"We found the accommodation well equipped. Location was ideal food shop across the road. Major supermarket Super U 500 metres away. Parking outside was ok as no traffic wardens .....2 doors down was a Boulangie , next door cheese shop. In the main square plenty of restruarants and local market on Monday morning well worth a visit. Good communication with owner."

"House was beautifully well equipped, immaculately clean and tidy. It’s in an excellent location only 15 minutes from Carcassonne but with absolute peace and quiet. Local pool in the Village was great in the heat. The local butcher carries bread, pastries, preserves and lovely wine, not forgetting meat. Laurence was wonderful with ideas of where to visit, and was available for anything we needed but otherwise very discreet."

Half hour drive to Mirepoix and Foix with their medieval charm, good markets and restaurants. Foix in particular has great places to eat. Would recommend this accommodation"

"Der Aufenthalt litt unter Dauerregen, wofür die Gastgeber natürlich nichts konnten. Nur dafür ist das Appartment zu klein und unkomfortabel eingerichtet, das Terrassendach undicht und die Terrasse somt nicht nutzbar, die Sitzgelegenheiten unbequem und zum Trocknen der Sachen keine Hängemöglichkeiten. Die Küche auch nur äußerst sparsam bestückt. Ansonsten toller Garten, alles sauber, herrliche Vorgebirgslandschaft. Bei Sonnenschein sicher alles etwas positiver."

"Tom's place was a truly wonderful experience. His conversion of this little barn has created a spacious and thoughtfully converted interior. The kitchen area is well-equipped, the sofa welcoming and the underfloor heating a bonus on cooler days. The bedroom is comfortable and roomy, the bathroom with a walk-in shower completing the picture. And all this looks out over a view of the Pyrenees that had us captivated. We spent hours watching the sun come up, the clouds passing and the red kites...

"Just back from 5 days staying in Fanjeaux at Danielle and Denis's lovely little gite. Communication with Danielle was very smooth as was checking in. The apartment is underneath the hosts accommodation but is still very private. The gite is very well equipped and has plenty of outside seating areas and an awesome pool which is shared with hosts. It was mega hot whilst we were in Fanjeaux (46 degrees according to Pharmacy clock)but gite was nice and cool. Fanjeaux is a beautiful little town,...

"The house is beautiful and very much lives up to expectations. I do not know exactly how old it is, but every beam and wall whispers history. Extremely comfortable with all the things you could possibly want provided. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the locations is quiet, but accessible to shops, attractions and main roads. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour, dans cette maison d’apparence extérieure et chalet à l’intérieur !!! Nous étions 16 : 8 adultes et 8 enfants de 14 à 5 ans . La pièce de vie est de très bien en terme de taille et d'agencement avec une magnifique vue ... la terrasse est petite mais agréable. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très simples, il nous a permis d’arriver et de repartir à l’heure que nous désirions . Fatima qui est là personne qui s’occupe entre autre de la remise des clefs...
