"Nous avons passé un bon séjour, dans cette maison d’apparence extérieure et chalet à l’intérieur !!! Nous étions 16 : 8 adultes et 8 enfants de 14 à 5 ans . La pièce de vie est de très bien en terme de taille et d'agencement avec une magnifique vue ... la terrasse est petite mais agréable. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très simples, il nous a permis d’arriver et de repartir à l’heure que nous désirions . Fatima qui est là personne qui s’occupe entre autre de la remise des clefs...

"Expérience horrible, chalet à fuir absolument ! Propriétaire absent au rendez-vous, piscine non chauffée, pas d'eau chaude, jacuzzi vide et sale, maison insalubre et pas nettoyée depuis des mois... Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état réel du chalet : travaux en cours, fenêtres remplacées par des planches de bois, terrasse dangereuse, présence de gravats...Nous avions payé 300e de suppléments pour avoir les draps sur place, à notre grande surprise, nous les avons trouvés en pagaille...

"La casa es perfecta para familias. Tiene varias habitaciones y muchas camas. Cada cama tiene su juego de sábanas con todos los cojines y sus fundas!!! Toda la casa muy limpia. Calentita, con chimenea, 2 baños. La comunicación ha sido muy agradable. El idioma ha sido un poco inconveniente, pero finalmente nos hemos entendido muy bien. Han sido muy amables. "

"It's been really a pleasure to stay here for our 6days ski holiday. Nice house into a very quiet location. Kitchen with everything we want, upstairs with 2 large bedroom. If we come back to Ax les thermes we shall definitely come back here. We highly recommend it."

The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
