Lovely Stay

"We had a really nice time at the Barnes' property. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms in the main house. Just as a warning, the bed in one of the rooms is extremely high, but there is a step stool for getting in and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. We had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive. My son stayed in the cottage with a space heater, but it was really too cold for this time of year. He could have used a few more blankets. My only minor complaint was there were no bars of soap for showering anywhere. Bring your own.Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we will probably stay there again for the next family event."

Totally Renovated Cottage on the North Fork 7 min. walk to the Beach

Expectations exceeded

"Before my trip even began, communication with Bill was exceptional. Bill was very responsive throughout my entire 3 day stay. The entire house was recently renovated, and I can tell not only did they invest a lot of money in the renovation, but they were very thoughtful in all the upgrades they made. The neighborhood is also very peaceful. Whether you make a left or right, you’re only a couple blocks from the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for us as a family of four (1 year-old and a 2 1/2 year-old). Plenty of room for them to play around both outside the house and inside the house, but not big enough for them to get lost and in too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying here, you can’t go wrong."

"We had a wonderful holiday visit at the cozy seaside cottage. Allison and Tracy were great hosts. The house has everything you need and is in a great, quiet neighborhood in the North Fork with a short walk to the beach. We’re excited to try it in warmer weather too. "
