Please note:
• Full access is granted to the house, backyard, and the eastern 100 feet of private beachfront. The Beach Cottage (with separate parking, beach access, and equipment) may be occupied during your stay.
• Optimum internet and cable television are provided.
• There is free onsite parking for 3-4 vehicles in the large backyard.
• After booking, you will receive an email requiring you to e-sign our rental agreement and upload your ID. A $500 deposit will be held on your credit card two days before your stay and released seven days after your departure.

Great Escape with Family & Friends
Fabulous location on the water. Spent the days visiting wineries and evenings grilling on the deck. Used the fire pit every night. Great addition to the property!

Absolutely amazing weekend on the North Fork!
We had a fantastic weekend at this stunning home! It easily and comfortably slept our entire group and the views are stunning. It's a safe, quiet, and peaceful location for any group, and for those who want to go out, it's located just a few minutes from the famous wineries of the North Fork. Meredith was an outstanding host from the moment we booked this stay and communicated well through everything. We hope to come back to this gorgeous home in the future!

My husband and I so enjoyed our week+ stay at Spectacular Beachfront home in Laurel. Within a day, we felt all stress etc magically melting away! North Fork Girls Weekend
This was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. So much room in the common area for adults to relax and take in the water view. Beautiful kitchen. Having our own beach area was amazing. You don’t even have to leave the property to have an enjoyable getaway! Hope to be back again.

A Must Stay on the North Fork!
I don't have enough words to describe just how beautiful this house is and how great our stay was! We rented this house along with the accompanying cottage on the property for my wedding weekend and everything was perfect. My family all wanted to buy the house thats how much we loved it. The host, Meredith, is accommodating and also just the sweetest! We will for sure be back.

Amazing House
Our family just spent the weekend at this beautiful house, that has an amazing view right on the water. Our kids loved it and spent all day playing in the sand and searching for seashells. The house was impeccably clean, and the fixtures are all new. The property manager, Meredith, was extremely helpful and available, at all time. Incredible Stay. We will be going back!!!

We spent a delightful week in this gorgeous home. The attention to detail was spot on. The view was absolutely amazing! Also any questions we had were quickly answered. This is an amazing property for gathering with family
This VRBO exceeded our expectations! It has several different gathering areas, inside and outside table seating fir 10! It was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. They thought out all the details and included them. Even an outside shower and feet washing area! We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family! The deck has a lot of available seating and was so enjoyable every morning and evening! So quiet, relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you 😊

Gorgeous waterfront getaway
We were so truly happy with our stay, from start to finish. The property is stunning - we spent most of our time enjoying the back deck overlooking the water, while our kids happily played in the sand, which was lovely. We kayaked and paddle boarded right from the house as well, and there is a creek close by with lots of beautiful wildlife and fish to greet you along the way. It was magical and the stay itself was so relaxing, it felt like we were away for much longer than a long weekend. We were very lucky that this property became available for the dates we needed, and we already have it bookmarked for the next time when we can hopefully return back again! Thank you, Meredith, for being such a wonderful host and providing such a beautiful getaway for our family!

Fantastic Beachfront Property
Meredith's home is the perfect family vacation home! On a private 3 acre lot, situated on beautiful Peconic Bay, this home offers all that you could want for a summer beach vacation. The views are spectacular, the deck perfect for an afternoon read and a barbecue dinner and the house is well equipped with everything you need. You will truly feel like you have been invited into a good friend's home. Meredith is a gracious and responsive host who is focused on making sure your stay is the absolute best. 5 stars.
