The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. In the morning I went to check out and was in the elevator with my luggage. The door closed, I pressed the button, and then nothing. I was trapped inside and had to call the front desk on my phone to get someone to come help me get out."

To start, this establishment is runned by a mother and son, to which the mother has not a friendly services. As soon as I got to the hostal I was greeted by the news...
