"Very disappointed with this stay booked for the family (2 adults and 4 children) months in advance for the half term. The advert said that it was suitable for the 6 of us. When we got there, there was a king sized bed (very comfortable) and 2 single beds but no made up sofa bed for the remaining 2 guests. The sofa was filthy with stains of food and drink. "Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent. "Arrived at the lodge and was greeted by 2 lovely hosts who showed us to our room and was very helpful and told us some very interesting facts about the lodges (an all girls school built before the ww2 I do believe ). The room was very clean and beautiful inside and the small window behind the bed overlooked the forest behind which was beautiful. Overall very quiet, the only bit of noise is people walking to and from their rooms as they are so close together but we was so tired we eventually...
