We stayed here while exploring the New River Gorge and had a simple check in/ out process, stayed in a brand new cabin (so new there was still packaging materials on the lamps) and were even able to use the pool once. The kitchenette has some utensils, a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge, the private bathroom had plenty of towels and the cabin had AC/ heating that worked great.
