"This condo is very clean and conveniently located close to the square. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine were much appreciated! "We initially had some small difficulties getting the code and instructions, but I think it was the vrbo website and not tge host. It all worked out. The evap cooling system did not cool the back bedroom very well. There were no coffee filters, which made brewing coffee a challenge. Would have been nice to have a dinette set on the porch for eating outside to enjoy the incredible views. Overall, it was a great stay at a great location within easy walk to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants....

"This condo is in a quiet neighborhood location just outside of downtown Prescott. It was nice to step away from the hubbub of the downtown activity every evening to relax. It is close to everything. The listing description is accurate. It has the basic supplies that we needed. Check in was so easy. We enjoyed our stay. "
