"The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona."

"The most thoughtful and clean place I've ever stayed.... and that view from the back windows! Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. "

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. "This is a sweet little single condominium in a quiet, convenient location. Michele was easy to reach and responsive when I had questions. There was a slight glitch when she asked me if I would leave the apartment for a few hours so that she could bring in some repair people.
