Just minutes from great restaurants, old town Cottonwood, Jerome and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Rick was available for anything we needed - but there truly wasn't anything we wanted for!"

"I absolutely love this place! So cute, comfy, quiet, and VERY clean. We brought our own groceries, coffee and spices to cook. So affordable that way. We cooked every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was even left over containers to use for the next day. We walked to the grocery store and around the neighborhood. This is located it such a beautiful part of Prescott. The owners are very friendly and my husband and I come up a few times a month to work. We can’t wait to come back and...

"The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."

"The Grape House is great for a few nights stay for two people. It is close to downtown Prescott and easily walkable. Reason for 4* rating is quite a lot of the crockery needs to be replaced as badly chipped. The parking space for The Grape House needs extra gravel as it is quite a deep dip to get into and out of it."
