Large tables for meeting and planning sessions. Large kitchen for cooking for a large group. The host stopped by to see if we needed anything and was very helpful with a few questions we had. "The house was fabulous and the hosts were gracious in their amenities. Only issue was the rental management company, Breezy, required a second deposit and my drivers license. This created an unequal balance of safety and protection. The rental company had all the protections they requested but I had none. Not cool to require images shared of drivers license and yet another deposit. "

"Amazing house on the river with tons of cool stuff to do. The river is just a short one minute walk from the house. So magical! They have some floats tied up where you enter the water, perfect for hanging out on. There’s a hot tub, plenty of hammocks, a grill, in unit laundry - everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house itself is super cute with vintage fixtures and furniture. Location is great with tons of cool stuff in San Mo nearby"

"We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property in San Marcos! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved reading about the history of the cute brick dinosaur fire pit in the backyard. It made our trip even more special! I would highly recommend this place...
