"Hosted a golf trip with 24 30-something year olds. We loved the house and amenities. Billiard room and party room with card table got a lot of use. Sauna / pool combo in the morning got us feeling right before our rounds. Roy was awesome at showing us how to operate all of stuff in the house and answer any questions. If I could recommend two things it would be don’t skimp and get the good TP and maybe get some more bunk beds or cots / bedding as the guys weren’t thrilled about double bunking...

"Amazing house on the river with tons of cool stuff to do. The river is just a short one minute walk from the house. So magical! They have some floats tied up where you enter the water, perfect for hanging out on. There’s a hot tub, plenty of hammocks, a grill, in unit laundry - everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house itself is super cute with vintage fixtures and furniture. Location is great with tons of cool stuff in San Mo nearby"

"Booked this house for a three night stay over the weekend with my family. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and they were both kept very clean. The tablet used to control the temps, spa jets, etc was a little wonky. Lots of error messages and delays. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t, but it was in the low 90s during the day so we didn’t mind the cold pool. House was clean and beds comfortable. "The house was as described. Easy to access. Very easy and good communication with the owner who also had snacks and water for us. The shower has awesome pressure. The air worked great. The beds were comfortable. There is a game room with arcade games and a record player, we thought was really cool. The decor was cool as well. The house is close to restaurant's but is located in a quiet neighborhood. The street is narrow, but we had no trouble. The driveway parking can fit two cars, but it will...

"Reminded me of our little guest house on our main house property. Just perfect for a short two night stay to meet up with family in the area. Sat on the back porch and talked to the deer coming to say hello. Not an issue at all with being on the same lot as owners main house. Plenty of privacy. I think the $91 fee was a bit much added on by VRBO though. "
