"Great hotel, clean convenient location "

"In general, the stay was excellent, the staff were helpful and polite and the room was clean tidy and well equipped. The location was also good, right on the edge of old town and many of the sites were within easy walking distance. I would stay there again. Two very minor points, 1) we stayed four nights, we had turn down service one of those for nights. "This hotel is great!! We stayed in a junior suite, and had access to the absolutely wonderful Executive Lounge. Location is good, about 5 stops on the metro from the centre. If we had 1 negative, it would be the hot buffet at breakfast was not that hot. "

Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was...

"We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "
