"Good breakfast. The receptionist was a wonderful, hard working person. Property entrance could benefit from newer flags or some other identification above door. Lobby and stair rails could use fresh paint because first impression was a little off. The room was very clean and freshly painted, but at first was concerned. "Very barebones but priced appropriately as a result. Like a 5-10 min walk from nearest tram stop but it is quite uphill so it does get tiring even for two quite athletic people. Once at tram stop it’s 10 mins to city centre so it’s a very good price for a well located hotel. "The place is interesting and unique. The rooms all have lofts which are well built and sturdy, to make excellent use of the space. Our apartment had a small kitchen space, refrigerator and attached bath. The owner, Vladimir is very friendly and accommodating. Apparently his wife is an opera singer, but we didn't have the pleasure of meeting her. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Prague. "
