"My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. "What a lovely hotel, clean and modern, staff were so friendly and helpful, 20 min tram ride into the city centre (less than 5 min walk from hotel) will definitely be going back there when next in Prague. "
