"Good bits: Nice hotel with very good food and they are pet friendly Very nice wellness centre with lots of saunas and big-ish swimming pool. English language of staff was quite good Hotel has indoor golf, indoor tenis and squash, bowling alleys and more sports facilities. "My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. "It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. And when we checked out he was helpful. Breakfast was good as well, I especially liked the homemade cakes and the yogurt. "Stayed here loads of times with work. It’s well out of the city centre so don’t book it thinking you’ll be central, but it’s a nice hotel in a decent neighbourhood. I like it here"
