"Nice property with excellent location. Front desk staff was wonderful, but the staff at the restaurant and bar was a whole different experience, we gave them two tries also. Our waiters both times (different person) was crass and not warm or welcoming at all, also food was just ok, and my steak was cold and when I tried to tell them it was met with impassive attitude, so I just left at that. Bar cocktails were excellent. Also the lounge and bar which are super cozy and comfortable were closed...

"It was clean but very dated. The computers in the business centre were dated and barely worked. The roomes are tired and need urgent refurbishment. "

"The staff was good and attentive. The room was spacious but the bed was on the smaller side of "queen." The circuit breaker tripped the entire floor we were on when we adjusted the bedside lamp, so i do have concerns about the wiring within the hotel. The staff quickly attended to the problem, but it was still a concerning issue. The location was great and convenient to anywhere in Old Town Prague. "

"The rooms are very large. Very clean. In the city center. Walking distance to everything. The front desk staff is exceptional. I had a train ticket that I needed help changing. They contacted the call center and worked everything out. Highly recommend "
