"Hotel was fabulous, staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was modern and spotless! Only downfall is the room was really warm! Air conditioning did not work in the room… asked a staff member to come up and help however it still did not work."

Reception and concierge information was quite varied. Sometimes accurate, sometimes not "
