"We arrived at around 10.30 after a nightmare of a journey from Naples airport, after satnav took us up mountains and to the back and beyond!! When we arrived, we were surprised to see there was no water in the pool. Luckily it was just a quick stopover and so we had no intention of using it anyway. When we asked if they had a bar or restaurant, we were told nothing was open as it was not holiday time! Just our rooms which were very basic. It was very cheap and now I know why. We ended up...

"Our room was just a tiny room with one small window at the top corner of the room. It felt a bit like a bunker. The beds were not very comfortable. The staff was nice and the breakfast was small but quite nice. The area is not nice though. "

"They would not allow us on the rooftop terrace and gave no explanation. Then reluctantly gave us 5 supervised minutes.There were no laundry facilities as stated. The staff at the desk were laughing and making fun of us ( assumed we couldn’t understand ) There was a great deal of mold in the shower and our room door only opened half way. "

"It was one of the best hotels i have stayed in around pozzuoli. The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. "Very pleasant staff, always very helpful. Room was starting to show its age. Bed was rather firm with very “thin” sheets. Breakfast was excellent. "
