Find Hotel with a Concierge in Pozzuoli

"Very friendly and helpful owners. Used it as a base to explore but kept getting lost of an evening trying to find the hotel. Make sure you have it exactly marked with a cross on your map as road it's in is miles long! Also on very busy main road. No views. Very basic breakfast. Coissents yogurt fruit juice tea or coffee is all you get to choice from. But with notice will cook you excellent evening meal."

The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. "They would not allow us on the rooftop terrace and gave no explanation. Then reluctantly gave us 5 supervised minutes.There were no laundry facilities as stated. The staff at the desk were laughing and making fun of us ( assumed we couldn’t understand ) There was a great deal of mold in the shower and our room door only opened half way. "

"We arrived at around 10.30 after a nightmare of a journey from Naples airport, after satnav took us up mountains and to the back and beyond!! When we arrived, we were surprised to see there was no water in the pool. Luckily it was just a quick stopover and so we had no intention of using it anyway.
