"Nice place. Good service. Only issue was an angry man that yelled at me when I tried to get information prior to staying there. I almost cancelled the reservation since he was so nasty on the phone. Great location in downtown."

"Hotel is really nice. Our view was fantastic. Our view was Lumen field and the other side was the Ferris wheel. However, we did not have hot water at night, and the pool at night was really dirty. "

"The accommodations where nice and comfortable, plus they really went the extra mile when they discovered I was staying the night on my birthday. They also provided dog treats and gear, which was a super nice touch, but also shows their dedication to making a great experiance and caring for their customers and their pets. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to the PNW. "

"Super convenient location. Not the best options for parking around so you’ll have to pay for valet parking but even that seemed to be the better deal in the end. Loved the atmosphere and service. Will definitely be coming back."
