It was a little cool for kayaking, but we explored nearby, hiked Green Mountain (fantastic views of the Olympics and Seattle - and ripe huckleberries), Poulsbo & Bainbridge. It was a great home base for us. Saw seals & harbor porpoise and amazing sunsets from the deck and living room. "
