"Great location and the breakfast was very good. Our only issue was that there was no iron available in the room. When we asked to borrow one we were told that the hotel doesn’t have one! We could have had our clothes laundered at a cost (but the clothes were already clean and just needed a quick press having been in the suitcase) We travel a lot and have never come across this situation before. "The hotel is beautiful! staying here is part of the experience of coming to Porto! The hotel is centric but in a quiet area, 10-15 min walking to the cathedral and other attractions. The staff was super nice as well. "

"Wonderful stay in an amazing, historic area of Lisbon. Staff was also wonderful. One thing to be aware of though, is that the hotel is located in a street with limited access. So if you drive or take taxi/uber, you will have to walk a very steep cobblestone street. If you have lots of luggage, make arrangements with the hotel. They are very accommodating. "
