"Overall we had an excellent stay, fantastic location centra to outlet, dock yards, restaurants, Spinnaker tower and the ferry to IOW. On the first night we when we got to the room we noticed some dry paint shavings that had fallen from the ceiling to the floor, staff were happy to love us to another room and apologised. Wayne in particular was extremely helpful and friendly as were the other front of house and manager. Car parking was in gunwharf quays. For breakfast you’re allowed to take away food in brown bags or while paper boxes which was helpful. The rooms are standard with a clean kettle and bed but we loved our stay. Would recommend. "

"Great hotel, and great staff. Rooms are clean, but they do need a hook in the bathroom for the towel when you come out the shower. Only minor, but it would be good. :) "

"Fabulous. Best hotel ever. Exceptional service right from the start. Superb professional and impressive receptionist lady Shalom, who went out of her way to provide help in the most gracious keen to help ways. A fabulous full breakfast was brought to my room. Great ensuite with large bath + shower. Very warm. Lovely bedding and towels. Moments from the beaches with level walks. Quite exceptional. I will most definitely be back. Soon hopefully."

"Had a cracking stay here at southsea rocks. A banger of a hotel. Everything is as very clean and staff were good as gold. Would go there again."

"Only issue was Room was very cold on arrival and blankets should be in rooms as overnight with the thin quilts in the bed we found to be cold during the night."

"A 2 night stay before departing for Spain on the ferry. Very pleasant and close to all amenities. This is the second time we have stayed here and woud definitely stay again."
