"Executive room was large, clean, very comfortable with a great view of the Bristol Channel. Lovely bathroom. Very relaxing. Comfortable, king sized bed but pillows were very hard. Didn't like being woken at 7am each morning of our stay with the clatter and bangs of the breakfast room above! Lovely outdoor seating areas with fantastic water views. "

We booked the hotel with 24 hour room service - this was not available after 8:45pm - we also booked the hotel with daily housekeeping - this did not happen - our bed was unmade and we had to phone reception for fresh towels and extra refreshments - all very disappointing given that we paid extra for the executive room and...

"Traditional hotel, very peaceful and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. If you want a break from the usual sanitised modern hotels, this is a very good choice. Nice food and restaurant too! "
