"The hotel is tired and is in need of a spruce up. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very good. Minus points were poor communication from reception, a kettle but no coffee and tea facilities and there was an iron but no ironing board. We requested on but it never arrived. With just a little more attention to details and a lick of paint, this would be a good place to stay. "

The photo makes the villas seem bright and sunny, but our apartment, built on a steep hillside and accessed from above by elevator, was cold and got no direct sun or view at all. It is all tile and marble/granite, which would probably make it lovely and cool in the summer, The furniture was not very nice but okay"

"Before booking this property, because of an issue last year, I contacted Resort Management who were managing the property, to ask if there were any building works scheduled during our stay. "My wife and I stayed at this penthouse apartment during Easter 2023. The apartment is quite spacious, nicely decorated and very functional with a good size kitchen and living room. "Absolutely brilliant. Lovely three bedroom apartment. It was great to have two bathrooms too. Very clean and a great location. Pool was fantastic for younger kids aswell as adults really clean and Nicki the host was really helpful. Although we didn’t cook in the property there was everything you needed. Home from home. "Loved our stay at this villa with the characteristic spiral staircase to the sun terrace and bedrooms. Lovely spacious layout well equipped and a welcome pack as well. The views to Mar Menor were wonderful and the setting around the pool was relaxing. This together with the close location to the Bellaluz restaurant complex made the stay even morerelaxing."
