"The villa is on the edge of La Manga Club, however it is in easy walking distance to most restaurants, tennis etc. The villa shows its age with some tired features, however for our family it was ideal. Francisco was always contactable and very helpful. La Manga is probably still recovering from Covid and central features like Oasis and minigolf are closed, however I am sure they will bring it all back with time. The variety of restaurants and bars is exceptional and non-spanish speaking brits...

"We had 4 weeks stay in march and property was good but would benefit from mosquito nets on doors and windows would also have liked an oven.Pascual was very helpful and amiable. Enjoyed our stay 👍"

"The rental process was fairly straightforward the paperwork a bit long winded but overall Ok. the price was good but you got what you paid for. The property needs a little time and money spent on it the furnishings weren't good. the odd bolt needed tightening and the odd screw needed doing up. The cutlery and crockery needed upgrading. The pool was a decent size but needed cleaning every day, which I was happy to do but the cleaning net was too short and full of holes. Had broken window locks...

"Very helpful owners , allowed us to change date s when plans changed and easy communication by what’s app to get keys . House is very nice but major let down was lack of air con which , to my fault , I had just assumed it had when booking . Out of season I’m sure the ceiling fans would suffice but in mid 30s temperature it was a sweat box . Such a shame as the rest of the property is great ."

"Beautifully located close to the little to town, a 5 min walk to a supermarket. Apartment was spotless with every possible thing we could have needed after a delayed flight. We arrived to a lovely welcome package of milk, bread, water and cookies. Highly recommend the host and the apartment. Thanks so much for a lovely holiday"

"Family of 5 stayed here with ages ranging from 74 to age 6 and we all loved it. Dori the owner meets you on arrival, I don’t speak good Spanish but she goes through all the instructions on her google translate laptop. Very efficient. Items for you in the villa for your use… shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even toothpaste. About 12 towels were provided and plenty of napkins and kitchen roll etc. The villa has thee good sized bedrooms, one is a double with an ensuite. Then another double...
