Lots of nooks and crannies to privately reflect on some antique curios or hidden gem books while the surf throws mist quite literally spitting distance from the deck/s at an array of huge bay windows as numerous as they were draftless. The master bedroom's wow-ness cannot be understated. Kitchen has all the stuff someone with chef hands or a barista's touch may want. Bathrooms and showers all rocked. "I stay here every time I am taking my daughter to college or bringing her home. The property is just beautiful & has access to a beautiful walking path along Lake Erie. The staff is always super polite & helpful. Plenty of dining/shopping options nearby. SUNY Fredonia is an easy short drive up Central Ave. "

"It was fine for what we needed. A clean, bug free place to sleep and refresh. The woman who checked us in was pleasant and helpful to the surrounding area. The motel itself is like one from the 1980’s. However, as soon as you open the door you can see it is clean and smell the cleanliness. We ordered a Smoke-free room, and before we opened the door, I had my reservations because the drapes looked like they were stained with nicotine. It was only stain, the room had no smoke smell. TV was via antenna I believe. Every channel we could get was snowy. Not a big deal. Like I said, we only needed a place to sleep. "
