There were plenty of towels to be used and the best stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, and cooking utensils I have ever seen. "David was great! Had a wonderful time! Always wanted to see a frozen Lake Erie. It didn't disappoint. When we first entered the cottage we were in awe. So woodsy, clean, not cluttered. Close to restaurants and shops. Close to the highway. Easy to get in and out. Make sure you follow David's directions. Chautauqua Creek fed into Lake Erie beside us and was amazing. A little disappointed some restaurants were closed for the winter but understand. Great long weekend! Will be back!!!"

"Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning. The A.C. unit wasnt working properly. The owner was fantastic and sent someone over immediately to take a look at it. There was also a yellow jackets nest at the front of the cabin. It sounds like this has been treated a few times but its not killing them off. This is just an FYI for anyone highly allergic to them. "We enjoy staying at Findlay Lake when we visit the ski area for the long holiday weekend. Sunny Side Up was a very nice and clean place. It was a little small for us and during the winter there is no access to the extended porch. We didn't spend a lot of time there (skiing all day) so it wasn't a big deal. We had a very nice time!"
