"The property was great for our Thanksgiving get-together. The view of Lake Erie is wonderful, the house is comfortable and well-appointed (with a great kitchen), and our hosts were excellent. In fact, the owner (Ethan) really went above and beyond. We were unexpectedly snowed in by a lake-effect storm, and Ethan reached out to a neighbor who brought us pizza and wine! Just terrific people all the way around. A heartfelt thanks to all. We would definitely return to the Lake House!"

"I recently stayed at the Colonial Motel of North East, PA, and I was blown away by the incredible hospitality and kindness of the family who owns and operates it. After being caught in a long snow-related traffic jam, I arrived early Saturday morning feeling weary. The family went out of their way to accommodate me, helping me get into a room early and even offering food to make sure I was comfortable. Their genuine care and dedication to their guests truly stood out. The room was spotless, cozy, and exactly what I needed to recharge. It’s clear this family takes great pride in their business and treats their guests like extended family. If you’re ever in the area, I can’t recommend the Colonial Motel enough. The staff is always super polite & helpful. Plenty of dining/shopping options nearby. SUNY Fredonia is an easy short drive up Central Ave. "

"What a gem! I typically stick with one of the big hotel chains but decided to give this a try based on reviews. Sooo glad I did. Charming place, fantastic rooms (dining table and a desk in addition to the two beds!), no stairs, parking right outside your room, clean and overall a win!"
