"This was a quick getaway while work was being done on my home. The space was perfect for me and my Great Dane Johnny. The community beach access was a perfect place to romp and we had it all to ourselves! Appreciated that the yard was fully fenced as my big guy is deaf so recall is non existent. "

"This home is built to drink in the view. The water comes up right to the edge of the property. You can walk the beach when the tide is out. The queen bed was very comfortable and that is always highly valued. We were disappointed that the couch was not very comfy, bottom cushions keep slipping forward on you. It would be nice to have an ottoman so you could sit back, put your feet up and enjoy the view. It’s important to note the stove/oven combo is not full size, which is fine if you are not...

"We came for a long weekend, and we had a great time! We did think the beach was easy to walk down to like the pictures imply but between the snow and ice and steep edge it was not, also the lighting in the house makes cooking a bit tough, we had to move a lamp on top of the fridge, if there were new day light bulbs in the kitchen that would have helped, all the bulbs were miss-matched and dim…All in all a great stay! Loved the town and cabins views! "

"We have stayed at many VRBOs around the puget sound, and this is one of the best we have ever stayed at! It was so peaceful and the view was amazing. The home is beautiful and cozy, with expansive views of the little saltwater inlet (the house sits on a bluff above the water). Also, there is a lovely fenced yard for dogs to explore. Marrowstone Island is a gorgeous spot, and much less touristy than other islands in the puget sound. Fort Flagler has great trails, and there are grocery stores and...

"We were pleasantly surprised with this place! Soft sheets, firm mattress, good water pressure, fenced side yard, charming fireplace, strong wifi and million dollar views. The beach looks amazing but we opted to go to Double Bluff beach dog park instead. It’s a great location for accessing South Whidbey. Thanks for sharing your home, we’d definitely stay here again. "

"Great experience, if there would be something less positive about it, it would probably be the noise between the rooms and sound from the main road. However, we had a lovely stay, good sleep and it was a good price. Parking might be harder to find during busy hours, but nothing more than a 5 min walk. Would stay again!"
