"Asher was a wonderful host and we very much enjoyed the home and it's location. The accomodations were exactly what we were looking for and it came in at a good value. Only gripe was that the place had a fairly strong smell of cat litter. They did have a candle available, which helped. I think the place could have just used a deep clean and aired out. It was an overall positive experience though and would stay there again."

"The Beach cabin had all the amenities for us to hideaway for a relaxing weekend. There was a grocery store near by and then all the cookware/utensils we needed to make our own meals. I loved the assortment of games as well! We wish we had instructions for the hot tub, but fumbled our way through it."

Although you aren't completely secluded from neighbors it still felt very private, and all the details were well-explained and exactly as advertised. "The property is beautiful and we had a pleasant stay, but there are a handful of notes that would have turned this into a 5-star experience: 1) The property features two queen size beds and one twin bed. All of the mattresses are STIFF. Not firm, STIFF. We had some pretty rough nights on these. If you can't replace the mattresses, at least include some plush mattress covers. 2) The top tier balcony was off-limits, with P-touch stickers on the door demanding guests not open it. "We rented this house for a family wedding that was happening near by. We had 11 people staying in the house. The house is lovely with beautiful views. I think they do a wonderful job of preparing the house for guests, but with all rentals there are always pros and cons. I'll start with the pros: The bedding was very comfortable and soft.
