"Excellent facilities, pretty much as advertised. Great view of the sound for watching ships, whales, sailboats, etc. 10-15 minutes to Port Townsend for tourism. Four stars because we had minor quibbles with less than complete set of kitchen utensils, and a funky doorlock. We messaged the manager about all that, so expect something better by the time you get there. The driveway down to the house from the road is steep and not paved, as somebody else commented on. "There are very few well-priced places in the Ballard area. Sweet Suites provides a great and clean alternative to a hotel without being too costly. They tried to think of everything you might need while away from home - and provide it! The room had a microwave, stove, and a mini-fridge - helping with those food costs as eating out is pricey in that area.
