"The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. "Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse"

The building itself is gorgeous and the 4 of us had a blast in the game room playing pool, shuffle board and listening to music. The free parking was a bonus and I highly recommend this apartment. "
