Staff warm and welcoming and super efficient. Good variety and choice with regards to the breakfast buffet. I had contacted the hotel by e mail in advance of our stay to ensure our room had 2 single beds as I was sharing with my son. I had a reply within a day to acknowledge my request and at check in it was again confirmed. When we arrived our room was set up as requested. A small thing but a reflection on how well the hotel is run. "
