"The hotel is nice however, the walls are thin. You can hear other guests and there’s this strange window in the bathroom that is open to, I believe, a mechanical room and the room next door also has a window with the same situation and you could hear each other whether it was conversation or using the bathroom. Also was next to a housekeeping room and heard them anytime they were there."

"Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines."

"Infelizmente foi uma decepção. O quarto só possui ar condicionado no quarto que é velho e funciona mal. O vento vai só em uma direção que é em cima de uma das pessoas na cama de casal. O banheiro estava imundo, com aranhas e mosquitinhos. Tivemos que pagar a roupa de cama e banho, porém a tolha de piso estava encardida. O quarto no geral tem cheiro de pano molhado e o corredor do elevador cheira a cachorro mal cuidado. O elevador no segundo dia estava quebrado. Não tem café da manhã e nem...

"Sempre que vou a Natal ,hospedo- me no Casa Grande. Gosto muito, aconchegante,o café da manhã é ótimo e variado. Porém, festa última vez ,algo me incomodou. Fiquei num quarto térreo, da varanda para a recepção e por volta das 4ou 5 horas da manhã não consegui mais dormi . As meninas da cozinha fizeram muito barulho durante o preparo do café... então isso atrapalhou meu sono. Do mais ,tudo ótimo!"
