The stairs and lobby were pretty rife with sawdust - work was being done during each day of our stay. Unlucky on our part, I’m sure. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were excellent, but struggled to keep the breakfast bar stocked and we usually had to wait a while for what we wanted, like water, juice, and fruit. The front desk worked hard to add on...

"Absolute great staff. They go out of their way to help with any questions. Very attentive. Basic Rooms but for the price, I was very satisfied. Good Wifi. A pretty good breakfast for only $13R. It is close to popular bars and restaurants of Ponta Negra and a short walk/uber to the beach. I recommend it and would come back"

"O melhor do flat é a localização. Com vistas para a praia de ponta negra e o morro do careca, está próximo de tudo: bares, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes, praia, etc. As únicas coisas ruins: i) o estacionamento é muito pequeno e não suporta a quantidade de carros, fazendo com que tenhamos que estacionar no meio da rua; ii) A internet do flat é péssima. Para quem vai a trabalho e precisa usar a internet, não conte com ela porque não funciona para nada."
