"Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The place was very clean. It was great having access to all of the facilities of the park hotel next door. Location was perfect, closer to the “old town” Funchal than most of the hotels, about a 20 min walk to the center, but great area near a lot. Overall I felt very safe, only thing to note is that there is no one at the front desk between midnight and 7am, but you will need your key card to get into the building...

"Wonderful place to relax and getaway. It is a 10 minute walk to Old Town (just be mindful the return trip is steep uphill). The pool, spa, and restaurants are fantastic and the staff were so kind and helpful."
