"Beautiful property with wonderful HostsErwin and Kim. The cottage was perfect with scenic views of wildlife and the countryside. We rented one of the electric boats for a day of canal exploring and a ride to town. Road the E-bikes around the countryside and to town. ALL their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a quiet weekend or for families with children."

"Staying at the Meetinn was one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. The property is decorated in a beautiful European farmhouse style, and each guest room has it's own unique charm. There was farm animals and wildlife right outside the window each morning. It felt like a fairytale."

"From the booking process throughout our stay Kim was wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions. The home was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The only small complaint we had about our stay, and this had nothing to do with the home, is that all but two restaurants in town require reservations. Made it slightly difficult to find a meal after returning from our daily activities at unscheduled times. Again, not on the host, more a comment about the area in general!"

"We had a really relaxing time here. The cottage is small but that suited us, and the view across the fields filled with all kind of wildlife was superb (not forgetting the chickens next to us and the three walking ducks!). And the huge windmill next to the canal is something to behold. Hans, the host, was really welcoming and helpful and if you want to lean more about the windmill then Google 'Vrouwgeest windmill' and learn how it has been in his family since 1797. "Location was great. Chalet was well equipped with comfortable living space. Relaxing and chilled resort. Beds did not match the rest of the decor. They were low quality and not comfortable. Also the checkout regime of stripping the beds was a bit backpacker esque. Considering otherwise a quality resort. Last point, dog owners. Contrary to online description there are very few places within walking distance to walk a dog. Except along the road."

"Uns hat es sehr schön hier gefallen. Der Checkin war ganz einfach und freundlich, und auf den Radreisen konnten wir die Schönheit der Umgebung kennen lernen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants, so dass man auch nicht selbst kochen muss. Besonders gut hat uns die Ruhe gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
