"Such a comfortable bed, room was immaculate, staff were superb and so friendly and helpful. As I was leaving each morning before breakfast was served I was given to option of a breakfast bag which contained plenty to keep you going till lunch. All facilities are excellent and kept to extremely high standards."

"Lovely hotel. We were welcomed at the front desk . Told us about things and directed us to our room. The room was big and spacious it was really clean, we had a fridge a safe and a nespresso machine and a kettle . Lovely hot shower clean towels. Mine only gripe was that the following days we did not got topped up with instant coffee and nespresso refills, so i had to go to reception to get more. "

"This was a great place to stay for our family trip to Edinburgh. The tram station is right outside and only 20 mins ins. We drove and parking was straight forward albeit chargeable at £8 per day. The pool was a real added bonus for our kids after a long day of tourism. Only slight issue for me is our kids are getting older and Novotels concept of a "family" room is starting to look less desirable than the Premier Inns as the sofa bed is tight. There is enough room for these to be slightly larger if they wanted and will probably steer us towards other hotels in the future. If this isn't an issue for you though, don't be out off it's a great hotel."
